中英文书写相关脑功能区的核磁共振成像研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:利用功能核磁共振(FMRI)成像技术,在中国汉族健康受试者中,检测中、英文书写相关的神经基础.方法:采用1.5T FMRI成像系统,扫描9名健康志愿者在书写中、英文状态下的脑部激活情况.结果:中文抄写主要激活脑区:双侧额叶运动区、双顶上小叶、双顶下小叶、左顶叶中央后回、左壳核.英文抄写主要激活脑区:双侧额叶运动区、双顶上小叶、左顶叶中央后回、左壳核.结论:书写活动涉及多个不同脑区,中文书写较英文书写需要更多的脑处理过程来参与完成,脑纹状体边缘区可能是书写相关脑区的皮层下中枢之一. AIM: To investigate the brain areas activated by Chinese writing and English writing in the healthy Chinese volunteers with the functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI) technique. METHODS: Nine healthy volunteers were instructed to undertake both characters writing and pseudo-writing of English and Chinese during FMRI scanning. The brain regions activated by Chinese writing or English writing tasks were recorded and compared. RESULTS: The brain areas activated by Chinese writing included bilateral motor cortex, bilateral superior parietal lobule, bilateral inferior parietal lobule, left postcentral gyrus, and left putamen. The brain areas activated by English writing included bilateral motor cortex, bilateral superior parietal lobule, left postcentral gyrus, and left putamen. CONCLUSION: Both cortex and subcortical structures are activated in Chinese and English writing demonstrated by FMRI technique. More brain processing is required to take part in Chinese writing compared to English writing. The marginal division ( MrD ) of the striatum is probably one of subcortical areas related to writing.
