摘要 目的:探讨食管鳞癌组织中细胞周期素H的表达及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法对39例食管鳞癌组织和9例癌旁正常食管组织检测细胞周期素H的表达;利用HPIAS-2000图像分析系统测定细胞周期素H在以上各组中表达的平均光密度和平均阳性面积率.对所获得的检测结果进行图像分析处理.结果:①经单因素方差分析,Cyclin H的表达组间有统计学差异(P<0.05).经q检验,正常食管组织与低分化食管鳞癌、中分化食管鳞癌及高分化食管鳞癌比较,Cyclin H的平均光密度及阳性面积率有统计学差异(P<0.05),低分化食管鳞癌、中分化食管鳞癌及高分化食管鳞癌间比较,Cyclin H的平均光密度及阳性面积率亦有统计学差异(P<0.05).②各年龄组、性别组和临床分期,组间Cyclin H的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05),淋巴结转移阳性与阴性组间CyclinH的表达有统计学差异(P<0.05);而与年龄、性别及临床分期无关.结论:细胞周期素H与食管鳞癌的发生和发展过程有密切关系. AIM: To discuss the cyclins H in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance. METHODS: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to test cyclin H expression in 39 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and 9 cases of normal esophageal tissue. HPIAS-2000 Image Analysis System was employed to test the average optical density and average positive area ratio of cyclin H in the two groups. The test results were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: ① The expression of Cyclin H, by single-factor analysis of variance, were significantly different between the groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). By Q test, between the normal esophageal tissues and poorly, moderately, well differentiated esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the average optical density and the rate of positive area of Cyclin H were significantly different( P 〈 0. 05 ), which was also significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ) between poorly, moderately, well-differentiated squamous cell esophageal comparison.② The expression of Cyclin H and clinical features between the various age groups, gender groups, and clinical stage groups was no significant difference(P 〉 0.05 ). Between lymph node positive and negative groups, expression of Cyclin H was significantly different (P 〈 0.05 ) ; which had no relation with age, sex and clinical stage. CONCLUSION: Cyclin H is closely related to occurrence and development course of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
