摘要
目的:优选清感颗粒的提取工艺及醇沉工艺.方法:采取正交试验,以挥发油含量、浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标,对清感颗粒提取工艺及醇沉工艺进行优选.结果:最佳提取工艺为:加水提取3次,每次加8倍量水,提取2h,首次浸泡60min.最佳醇沉浓度为70%.结论:该工艺可以提高清感颗粒有效成分提取率和纯度.
AIM: To optimize the water extracting technology and alcohol precipitation conditions of Qinggan granule. METHODS: The extraction procession was studied by orthogonal design with volatile oil extract yield and chlorogenic acid as the detective indices. Effects of 4 factors and 3 levels for each factor extraction rate were analyzed. RESULTS: The chlorogenic acid extraction rate reached over 58% under the optimum extraction conditions: 8 folds of water, 3 times, decoction 2 h once Soaking 60 min before the first time, precipitation with 70% alcohol. CONCLUSION: The optimum water-decocting condition is repeatable, and ensures stable chlorogenic acidas extraction rate. It could be used in the future large-scaled preparation of Qinggan granule.
