摘要
目的:筛选出最佳的无糖型小建中颗粒剂的处方及成型工艺.方法:以其成型性、溶解性为筛选指标,筛选出其处方中加入辅料的品种、配比及其最佳的成型工艺.结果:一份小建中颗粒的提取物加入1.3倍量的糊精,100g/L的微晶纤维素,并以1g/L的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为黏合剂为最佳处方.结论:该处方的抗湿性、成型性能均较好.
AIM: To select the proper excipients and the preparative process for granule of Xiaojianzhong . METHODS: With building up properties, solubility and resistance to humid as the judgement criterias, the kinds and ratio of the excipients and the best preparative process were sieved out. RESULTS: The optimum formula of exeipients consisted of one portion of the extract of Qingkou granule, 1.3 times dextrin, 100 g/L MCC,1g/L PVP. CONCLUSION: The process and its excipient combination is better than the other processes of formulation.
