摘要
目的:筛选出最佳的无糖型小建中颗粒剂的处方及成型工艺.方法:以其成型性、溶解性为筛选指标,筛选出其处方中加入辅料的品种、配比及其最佳的成型工艺.结果:一份小建中颗粒的提取物加入1.3倍量的糊精,100g/L的微晶纤维素,并以1g/L的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为黏合剂为最佳处方.结论:该处方的抗湿性、成型性能均较好.
AIM： To select the proper excipients and the preparative process for granule of Xiaojianzhong . METHODS： With building up properties, solubility and resistance to humid as the judgement criterias, the kinds and ratio of the excipients and the best preparative process were sieved out. RESULTS： The optimum formula of exeipients consisted of one portion of the extract of Qingkou granule, 1.3 times dextrin, 100 g/L MCC,1g/L PVP. CONCLUSION： The process and its excipient combination is better than the other processes of formulation.
