摘要
重点对精密谐波传动在三坐标测量机上的应用做了介绍,结合实例,介绍了各传动部件的选取,描述了影响传动精度的几项因素。通过误差分析,明确了部件选择的精度范围及该结构实现精密传动的可能性。最后讨论了在实际工作中遇到的一些问题。
This paper describes the application of a harmonic gear drive to the 3 axes measuring machine .By the use of some examples, how to select the structure of the transmission part of the machine is introduced and some factors to influence the transmission accuracy of the machine are also analyzed. Combined some actual structure ,the range of accuracy of the transmission part is calculated. At the last, some problems occurred in the actual situation are discussed.
