Software Relay Measurement for Inductosyn Sliding Scale

探讨了一种感应同步器接长的实用新技术——滑尺接长软件接力测量技术，采用定尺激磁鉴相工作方式，可实现大行程、高精度位置检测，在五米丝杠磨床传动链误差的测量中证实了接力的可行性。

A new technology used in inductosyn measurement,sliding scale software relay is studied in this paper.With the approach of static scale exciting and phase identifying,the technology can be used for long distance and high precisiion measurement.Finally,dynamic transmission error measurement results on a five meter lead screw grinding machine show that the proposed technology is feasible.
