社会建设视域下社区教育的价值及其创造

Values and its Creating Approaches of Community Education from the Perspective of Social Building

社区教育在社会建设中具有十分重要的价值意义。社区教育活动要有效实现自身的价值,必须坚持以人为本、立体开放、整合资源、注重实效和持续创新的价值取向。在科学发展观统领下,搞好教育设施建设,为价值创造提供物质基础;优化教学师资队伍,为价值创造提供主导力量;努力建构课程体系,为价值创造提供知识载体;积极探索教学方法,为价值创造提供技术手段;加强教育创新研究,为价值创造提供理论保证。

From the perspective of social building, community education has great values and signifieances to social building. And if community education wants to create its own values to the society, it shall follow the principle of personoriented, multi-opening, combining resources, effectiveness-oriented and continuous innovation. Under the guidance of scientific concepts, the basic routes to create its values are as follows： do well of educational establishing building to provide substance foundations for values-creating, optimize teachers to supply for subjective force, set up curricula system to make knowledge carriers better, explore teaching methods to offer advanced teaching instruments, strengthen innovative research to afford theoretic guarantee for values-creating.
