The Construction of a Unified Process of "Enrollment,Cultivation and Employment" in Local Colleges

在当前复杂的国际国内环境下,面对高校毕业生就业的严峻形势,地方高校需要建立招生培养就业一体化的工作机制,以基层社会发展需求为导向,优化资源配置,调整专业结构,深化教学改革,增强学生的创新能力、实践能力和就业能力,帮助学生确立基层就业观念,培养基层就业能力,实现基层就业目标。

A unified working mechanism of enrollment, training and employment should be constructed in local colleges to cope with the severe employment situation for college students in the complex environment domestically and internationally. The unified mechanism oriented at the practical demands of the social development should be conducted for optimized deployment of resources, adjustment of the structure of majors and deepened teaching reform, which then can bring about a complete boost of capability for students in innovation, practice and employment, thereby helping them establish employing philosophy, cultivate employment capability and realize employment goals in grass--roots units.
