摘要
问卷调查、访谈以及座谈的方式,对安庆地区初任教师专业素养进行现状调查,从初任教师的教育信念、教育理念、知识素养与能力素养四个方面分析,反思教师职前教育的现状,初任教师专业素养的提高需要改革教师职前教育阶段的课程设置,进一步加强初任教师入职教育的针对性。
Through questionnaire investigation, interview and informal discussion, this paper analyzed beginning teachers" professional qualities in Anqing area. It mainly focused on teachers" educational view, educational view, knowledge quality and ability quality, and further consider teachers pre-service education. According to the conclusion, preservice teacher education curriculum arrangement should be strengthened and also improve pertinence of inductive teacher education.
