在市场环境变化迅速，竞争日益激烈的今天，企业要想赢得竞争就应具有对变化的适应能力和创新能力，即要具备敏捷性。这是未来企业的核心的能力。在分析企业敏捷性概念的基础上，综述现有的几种典型的敏捷性度量体系，并进行比较和分析。
