在市场环境变化迅速,竞争日益激烈的今天,企业要想赢得竞争就应具有对变化的适应能力和创新能力,即要具备敏捷性。这是未来企业的核心的能力。在分析企业敏捷性概念的基础上,综述现有的几种典型的敏捷性度量体系,并进行比较和分析。
Agility, robust viability and pre-emptive leadership are the ability of enterprisesto win in a competitive environment of continu-ous and unanticipated market change.
