针刺完骨穴治疗近视眼123例疗效观察

Clinical report on acupuncture at Wangu(GB12) for treatment of myopia

目的观察针刺完骨穴治疗近视眼的临床疗效。方法将244例患者随机分为2组。治疗组123例针刺完骨为主穴,配太冲或三阴交;对照组121例针刺太阳、四白为主穴,配太冲或三阴交。2组均隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果第1次治疗后总有效率治疗组为66.11%,对照组为46.64%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3个疗程后总有效率治疗组为89.54%,对照组为74.37%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组病程≤2年与病程>2年的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组视力<0.4与视力0.5～0.9总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组屈光度<-2.99D与屈光度-3.00～-6.00D的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺完骨穴治疗近视眼疗效明显。

Objective To observe the effect of myopia treated by acupuncture at Wangu（GB12）. Methods 244 integrity cases of myopia were randomly divided into a treatment group （ n = 123）, which were treated with acupuncture at Wangu（GB12） with Taichong（LR3） or Sanyinjiao（SP6）, and a control group （ n = 121）, which were treated with acu- puncture at Taiyang（EX- HN5） and Sibai（ST＇2） with Taichong（LR3） or Sanyinjiao（SP6）. Results After the first treat- ment, the total effective rate was 66.11% in the treatment group and 46.64% in the control group with a significant differ- ence between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01） ; After three treatment courses, the total effective rate was 89.54% in the treat- ment group and 74.37 % in the control group with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect was signiilcant on the treatment of myopia by acupuncture at Wangu（GB12）, by the way, myopia should be cured as soon as possible.
