四川与巴基斯坦开展经贸合作的可行性探讨

A Study of Feasibility of Developing Economic and Trade Cooperation between Sichuan, China and Pakistan

加强中巴经贸合作的努力不应当仅体现在政府高层和国家层面,从地区或省际角度来发掘中巴经贸合作的潜力已经成为更具操作性的办法。四川是中国西部的大省,拥有丰富的经济、文化和科技资源,并且与巴基斯坦旁遮普省结成了友好省份,具备同巴基斯坦发展更广泛的经贸合作的基础和潜力。本文在分析四川和巴基斯坦经贸合作现状和问题的基础上,指出了四川和巴基斯坦开展经贸合作的广阔领域。

Efforts to promote Sino-Pakistani economic and trade cooperation should not be limited within the national and top-governmental level, and people have found that bringing provincial and regional potential and initiative into full play in developing Sino-Pakistani economic and trade cooperations have become more operationable. Sichuan is a large province in West China. Having plenty of economic, cultural and scientific and technological resources, and having established a sistership with Punjab Province of Pakistan, Sichuan, China has had a good foudation and great potential to develop economic and trade cooperations with Pakistan on a larger scale. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the present condition of and problems with economic and trade cooperations between Sichuan, China and Pakistan, this article shows us how bright and vast a prospect will be for developing economic and trade cooperations between Sichuan, China and Pakistan.
