摘要 基于牛初乳中富含各种生理活性成分(免疫因子和生长因子),口服牛初乳具有强化机体免疫力、调节肠道菌群、改善胃肠道功能、促进生长发育、增强智力、调节血糖、改善糖尿病症状并且可以作为运动员营养补剂等功能,本文就此对最新研究进行综述。 Based on the physiologically-active ingredients (including Immune factors and growth factors) in bovine colostrums, oral liquid of bovine colostrum shows various effective function such as strengthening organic immunity from disease, adjusting intestinal flora, improving gastrointestinal tract function, stimulating physical growth, enhancing intelligence, regulating blood sugar, improving diabetes symptoms, acting as athletes' nutritional supplement and so on. This thesis presents a brief introduction to the latest research on such function of bovine colostrum.
