摘要
以芦溪县当前环境监测工作的现状为出发点,从开展监测工作,加强质量管理和提高人员素质等方面提出了具体的改进措施。
Based on the current situation of environment monitoring, this paper puts forward some suggestion on how to strengthen monitoring, quality management and improve the quality of the stuff.
