三峡水电机组研制的科技攻关

摘要 介绍国际水电机组技术发展趋势和国内水电机组技术水平;以及三峡电站水电机组国际招标情况;分析三峡电站水电机组国内科研攻关的必要性和可行性;说明国家“九五”重点科技攻关计划《三峡水电机组研制和国产化的科技攻关专题》的详细内容和目标,预测计划完成后的效益。 This paper mainly introduces theinternational competitive biddings for the hydro-electric power generating unit of the ThreeGorges Power Station, Grlyzes, the internationaltrend of the technological development of the hy-droelectric power generating unit and the domes-tic engineering level,and also illustrates the ne-cessity and the feasibility of tackling the key sci-entific and technological difficulties in China.The article states that the science and researchwork with the Three Gerges project as the objec-ti ve has prepared for ages and ahead to tacklethe key problems. Since the l95os, the researchand manufacturing combination with Harbin andDongFang Electrical Machinery Works as the re-sults indicate that China possesses ability to sat-isfy the essential requirements of tackling thekey problems of research and manufacturing forthe hydroelectric power generating unit of theThree Gorges. It is also described that the detailsand the objectives of the state ninth five-yearplan for tackling the key science and technologi-cal difficutes,the special subject on the researchand manufacturing for the hydroelectric powergenerating unit and its nationalization, and thebenefit forecast of the project.
