摘要
研究S100纵切割头掘进机电控箱的振动控制。在分析电控箱的优势振动扰动源特性的基础上,应用刚体的多自由度隔振设计理论,通过橡胶隔振元件进行隔振设计;隔振系统的振动传递特性的理论计算与实验测试结果都表明,隔振系统达到了隔振设计的要求。为进一步改善隔振效率,文中还提出了电控箱两级隔振的设想,并采用计算机仿真分析不同隔振参数对振动传递比的影响。
In this paper, the problems of vibration control for electric control box of heading machine are studied. At first, the dominate frequencies of vibration should be found out by the measurement and analysis during the machine operated, and then according to the vibration isolation theory of MDF, the vibration transmission from the basement of heading machine to the electric box could be reduced significantly by using the design and analysis method of vibration isolator with rubber elements which is provided for in this paper. A model of Twostage vibration isolation system is also proposed in this paper in order to improve isolation effect on highfrequency vibration.
