摘要
利用数字图像处理技术对辉光离子渗氮炉温度进行判别,首先运用Otsu方法对辉光离子渗氮炉加热部分的图像进行阈值选取,找出目标部分,然后提取目标部分的特征量,对特征量进行分析,从而判断辉光离子渗氮炉的温度。
The temperature of glow plasma nitriding furnace is determined by digital image analysis method. Firstly, the threshold of the image of the reheating portion of the glow plasma nitriding furnace is selected and the target region of the image found out by Otsu algorithm and then the features of the target region are extracted and analyzed using statistical method in order to determine the temperature of the glow plasma nitricling furnace.
