连铸二冷水喷嘴堵塞原因分析与对策

Analysis on cause to secondary cooling nozzle clogging and countermeasures

炼钢连铸二冷水水质问题引起喷嘴堵塞,造成铸坯表面裂纹。以昆钢三炼钢板坯连铸机二冷水喷嘴堵塞现状为例,从水处理工艺、水源、水质及运行管理等方面进行分析,找出二冷水喷嘴堵塞的原因和影响因素,提出相应整改措施。

The nozzle clogging arising from worse water quality of the secondary cooling zone of the continuous casting inevitably leads to surface cracking of the CC slab. Taking the nozzle clogging of the secondary cooling in the continuous caster of the No. 3 Steel-making Plant of Kunming Steel Corporation as example, a comprehensive analysis has been carried out starting from the water treatment process, the water source, and the water quality to the running management and as the results the cause and factors affecting the nozzle clogging of the secondary cooling are found out and proper counter measures proposed.
