摘要
讨论了30CrMnSiA钢试件的疲劳寿命与激光熔覆参量的关系,在优选参数的基础上,对钢试件进行了激光熔覆处理,并完成了疲劳寿命试验,给出了S-N曲线及其表达式。结果表明,在优选参量条件下,激光熔覆处理能显著地增加钢试件的疲劳寿命。
Fatigue life of 30CrMnSiA steel specimens is related to the laser cladding parameters.Under the optimal laser cladding parameters,the fatigue tests of 30CrMnSiA steel specimens have been conducted,the S-N curves and expressions are given.The results of test show that fatigue life of specimens can be considerably increased by laser cladding.
