摘要进入21世纪以来,以知识经济为特色的经济全球化对台湾中小企业发展造成了严重冲击。为了扭转不利的经济形势,台湾中小企业纷纷进行了差异性、系统性的技术创新。台湾当局也采取了一系列举措扶持中小企业技术创新,主要包括:设置创新研究奖、鼓励技术创新策略联盟、设立创新育成中心以及"SBIR"计划等。 Taiwan authorities have adopted a series of measures to support small and medium-sized technological innovation, mainly including： setting up innovation research award; encouraging technological innovation strategic alliance and setting up ＂SBIR＂ programs.
