摘要
[目的]观察乐肝复方合剂对肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织胶原合成的影响,探讨乐肝复方合剂的抗肝纤维化作用.[方法]采用腹腔注射给予二甲基亚硝胺的方法制作肝纤维化大鼠模型,分别灌胃给予大、中、小剂量乐肝复方合剂,通过透射电子显微镜观察肝组织内胶原沉积情况及病理学变化. [结果]灌胃给予大、中剂量乐肝复方合剂可明显降低肝纤维化大鼠肝组织胶原含量,改善肝组织病理变化.[结论]乐肝复方合剂可抑制肝纤维化大鼠肝组织胶原合成,延缓肝纤维化进程.
OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibitory effects and mechanism of the Legan compound on the synthesis of collagen in hepatic fibrosis of rats. METHODS The models of hepatic fibrosis in rats were induced by injecting to abdominal cavity with dimethynitrosamine. The Legan compound was given by intragestric administration at a large, middle and small dose, respectively. The pathological changes and the deposition of collagen in liver were observed by transmission electron microscopy. RESULTS The Legan compound of large and middle dose significantly reduced the content of collagen and improved pathological changes of liver in hepatic fibrosis of rats. CONCLUSION The Legan compound can inhibit the synthesis of collagen and delay the process of hepatic fibrosis.
