完善土家族地区生态环境治理和维护措施的思考——基于永顺县退耕还林工程实施情况的分析

On the Ecological Safety,Restoration,and Maintenance in the Tujia Ethnic Areas——A Case Study in Yongshun County

基于对土家族地区生态环境的历史考察与对永顺县土家山寨生态环境的调研,探讨了土家族地区自然生态环境的变易及其恢复和维护的障碍问题,从族群观念改造、生存技能开发、制度保障、主体生态建设、农业经济模式等方面,提出了土家族地区生态环境恢复与维护的针对性措施。

Based on the ecological investigation in Yongshun County and other Tujia ethnic areas,this paper discusses the ecological change,restoration,and maintenance in the Tujia ethnic areas.Measures are suggested to improve ecological environment from the aspects of changing clan concept,developing living skill,system guarantee,main ecological construction,and the mode of agricultural economy.
