政府决策咨询是公共行政发展到一定阶段的必然产物。与美日英德等发达国家的政府决策咨询相比,我国政府决策咨询的发展还存在一定差距。加快决策者与执行者的适度分离;完善官办的决策咨询机构;进一步发挥半官方政府决策咨询机构的功用;大力发展民办决策咨询机构等,是我国政府决策咨询发展的基本路径。

Government decision-making consultation is the inevitable product when public administration is developed to a certain stage. Compared with such developed countries as US,Japan, Britain,and Germany etc. ,government decision-making consultation in our country still has a long way to go. Thus it is a fundamental way to develop the government decision-making consultation in China to speed the separation between the decision makers and executors, to perfect the official decision-making consultation agencies,to further display the function of semi-official government decision consolation-making agencies and fully develop non-government decision-making consultation agencies.
