科技的发展所带来的负面影响使人类已有的伦理价值和伦理关系受到了严重的冲击,科技伦理问题成为时代的突出问题。高校实施的素质教育必然要关注科技伦理学的教学,其中,教学选题是教学之基础,课堂上的师生教学互动是教学之魂,而教学的总结则是教学之升华。

The negative influences caused by the development of science and technology put ethical value under serious impact. Therefore, the problem of ethics of science and technology has become obvious in our era. The colleges and universities, in implementation of quality education, must show concern for the teaching in the ethics of science and technology , in which the subject is essential in teaching; the teaching between teachers and students in classroom is soul of teaching; the conclusion is the teaching sublimation.
