摘要
从传感器探头材料的选择、线圈的大小及工作频率等方面综合考虑,设计了一种具有双线圈探头的调频式电涡流传感器,它能较好地抑制温度漂移,提高系统的温度稳定性.
A dual-coil eddy current sensor probe is designed on the basis of the choice of materials, size of coil and working frequency. It curbs the temperature drift and raises the temperature stability of the system.
