实践教学的薄弱是制约高职人才培养的瓶颈,校企合作是突破瓶颈的有效手段之一.校企合作包含3个方面:联合制定培养计划、建立双赢运行机制和产、学、研互促发展.校企合作可以有效地利用社会资源,最大限度地培养技术应用型人才,有利于实现学生就业的零距离接轨,更好地实现现阶段的高职高专培养目标.

Pragmatic teaching is essential for higher vocational education, from the point of view of collegeenterprise cooperation. The approach comprises three parts： making joint plans, establishing a win-win mechanism,and integrating learning and practice. Likewise, social resources can be effectively employed, so that zero- distance employment is achieved.
