摘要
从高新技术企业科研团队特有的属性出发,在时间维度上构建了团队效能模型。在该模型中,输入阶段的因素可直接或通过团队进程间接影响团队效能,同时受到依赖性和学习等因素的调节作用。认为,团队效能就是在自组织的循环系统中不断提高的。
Based on particular attribute of High tech enterprise Scientific Research Team, this article provides a framework of team effectiveness over time. Research shows that, factors of input phase will influence the effectiveness of teams directly, or through the team process indirectly, which were mediated by interdependence and learning. Finally, team effectiveness were improved in the cycle process.
