航空产业对中国经济发展和综合国力的提升具有特殊重要的意义。航空产业的腾飞必须由航空高科技企业的经营绩效推动,而优秀的高层管理者是航空高科技企业迅速壮大的重要保障。本文从中国航空高科技企业的经营环境分析入手,探讨了经营环境对航空高科技企业高层管理者的素质要求。在此基础上,归纳了航空高科技企业高层管理者应具备的胜任特征。

As a pillar industry in China＇ s economic growth and overall national strength, rapid development of aviation industry shall be driven by outstanding operation performanee of inside enterprises, which come from excellent high-management of those enterprises. This paper analyses operation environment of China aviation high-teeh enterprises and research competency requirements of high-management from operation environment, with the aim of building a raw competency model for high- management of aviation high-teeh enterprises.
