重视生活护理提高护理质量

Pay attention to life care and improve the quality of nursig care

目的重视临床生活护理,提高护理质量。方法通过自制生活护理调查问卷,共设4大项生活护理,共收回有效问卷145份。结果4大项基础生活护理临床实际由护士完成的比例普遍偏低,其中协助晨晚间护理占67.5%,打开水、打饭、清洗餐具占41.3%,协助大小便搀扶去厕所占31.0%,协助定时翻身只占27.5%。结论生活护理在临床实际中存在严重的执行不到位的现象。通过本次调查,及时发现生活护理工作中存在的问题,为进一步改进方法提高生活护理质量提供临床依据。

Objective To pay attention to the quality of clinical life and improve the quality of care. Method Self-made Life Care Questionnaire includes the total of four major life care. 145 valid questionnaires were received. Result The ratio of the four major life care completed by nurses was universally low. Thereinto,the ratio of assisting morning and evening care was 67.5%; the ratio of providing Boiling water and meal was 41.3%; the ratio of assisting the toilet was 31.0%; the ratio of helping stand up on was only 27.5%. Conclusion The performing of life care is not good enough during clinical practice. Based on the survey, life care problems should be found as soon as. Also, the survey would provide basis to further improve methods and the quality of life care.
