摘要
我国2008年实施的劳动合同法规定了劳务派遣制度,结束了劳务派遣无法可依的历史。但是,劳务派遣制度在实际运行中出现了侵害劳动者权益的逆向派遣问题。因此,有必要对劳务派遣制度加以完善。
The labor services dispatching system has been prescribed by the Labor Contract Law in 2008, ending the history without law supporting. Meanwhile, the reverse labor dispatching problems, however, appear in reality, and they infract the legal rights of labors. Thus, it is necessary to improve the labor services dispatching system.
