Chinese Canadian women live in the margin of white and male doninant society, in which they have to construct their own identity. Through the subverting of the stereotyopes the whites imposed on them, voicing their rights and desires bravely, finding out the ethnic history, the Chinese Canadian women in Disappearing Moon Cafe finally construct their cultural and Sex identity.
