摘要
要使用一种特殊有限元的方法进行平面机构的运动分析,需首先对组成平面机构的常用单元进行分析,并给出描述单元的变形模态参数与单元节点坐标之间的函数关系,进而用传递函数的概念对机构的位置、速度和加速度进行分析。在此基础上,编制了计算机程序,对ZL50装载机的工作装置的运动进行了计算分析,给出了数值模拟结果。
If we want to carry out kinematic analysis of planar mechnisms by applying a special kind of finite element method,firstly we have to conduct an analysis on the commonly used units composing the planar mechanism,and to present a functional relationship between the modality parameters of deformation for units to be described and the coordinates of unit nodes,and then carry on an analysis on the position,velocity and acceleration of that mechanism using the concept of transmission function.Based on this,a computer program is compiled to conduct a computational analysis on the movement on the working installation of ZL50 loader and a numerical imitation result is given out.
