Thoughts on Scientific Development of Higher Education in Taizhou

地方高校的发展面临着诸多问题。文章分析了泰州高等教育发展所面临的自身制约因素和外部环境,提出要抓住机遇、实现跨越式发展;多方筹划、充分利用办学资源;突出重点、加强师资队伍建设;规范教学、不断提高教育质量;强化服务、实现与经济社会和谐发展的对策。

Many problems occur in the practice of the development of local colleges.After analyzing the situation and intrinsic limitation of local colleges,this paper therefore puts forward five measures to achieve a scientific development of local colleges： to grasp every chance to make striding development,to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,to fully utilize teaching resources,to regulate teaching as to improve its quality.and keep in harmony with the development of the economy.
