摘要
加强辅导员职业生涯管理有利于辅导员的职业化、专业化和队伍的稳定性。对于高校而言,要加强辅导员职业生涯管理,就需要采取相应的策略,特别是要解决辅导员的"后顾之忧",既要引导辅导员做好个人职业生涯规划,还要为辅导员创造培训、提升学历等方面的机会,并要制定和完善辅导员的专业技术职务评聘制度和薪酬管理制度。
Strengthens the instructor professional profession management to be advantageous to instructor's professionalism,specialized and troop's stability.Speaking of the university,must strengthen the instructor professional profession management,needs to adopt the corresponding strategy,specially must solve the instructor "the extra worries",must guide the instructor to complete individual professional profession plan,but must create aspect and so on training,promotion school record for the instructor opportunities,and must formulate and consummates instructor's specialized technology post appoint the system and the salary control system.
