基于热流密度的钢坯加热节能控制模型研究

摘要 本文基于钢坯加热的热流密度分布关联加热能耗的原理,提出一种重建加热钢坯表面的热流密度分布曲面模型的方法,以期将来能通过它建立热流密度概率密度分布曲面,调整热流密度概率密度分布曲面的权值来达到钢坯加热节能控制的目的。 The method is proposed about rebuilding the heat flux density of surface of billet heating, based on the truth to associate the heat flux density of surface of billet heating with the heating energy consumption. It is hoped that it can build the probability density distribution surface model of heat flux density of surface of billet heating and meet requirement of retrench energy and control through adjusting the weight of the probability density distribution surface.
