摘要
比较分析了霍布斯、洛克和卢梭关于社会契约论思想的一般特性,阐述了这一思想的历史地位和实践意义,指出和谐社会建设需要契约精神,并对和谐社会发展做出一些政治学的思考。
Through comparing and analyzing the general characteristic of the idea of contract, this text shows the idea＇s historical status and practical significance. This instructs us that contract spirit is the need of construtting our harmonious society. Contract spirit will benefit to our society in political aspect.
