乳化沥青冷拌再生混合料力学特性的试验研究

摘要 通过室内试验对不同RAP含量下的乳化沥青冷拌再生混合料的抗压强度、劈裂强度和抗压回弹模量等力学性能进行研究,结果表明再生混合料的抗压强度、劈裂强度和抗压回弹模量均随RAP用量的增加呈线性减小趋势。 Based on systematic laboratory tests, this paper discusses the effects of RAP content on the performance of cold reclaimed Asphalt mixture using asphalt emulsion . The test results show that compressive strength , cleavage strength and compressive on modulus of cold recycling materials decrease with RAP increasing content in nearly linear function. The mechancal properties of recycling materials is better, with RAP content from 20 to 80 percent, the resilient modulus is proved meet the parameters in current specification of the medium grained asphalt concrete at 20℃ and 15℃, respectively. Considering both the mechanical properties parameters of cold reclaimed Asphalt mixture using asphalt emulsion and economy, RAP reasonable proportion of recycling materials is from 60 percent to 80 percent in practice.
