纳米Zn粉氧化行为的研究

摘要 以电弧法制备的纳米Zn粉为原料,采用在空气中露置的方法对其进行氧化,利用X射线(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱研究了纳米Zn粉氧化后的形貌、显微结构、含氧量和氧原子的位置,比较了氧化与未氧化的纳米Zn粉中氧含量随时间的变化情况。 Nanometer zinc prepared by the arc was used in the present study. It was oxidized by laying in the air. The microstructure, oxygen content and oxygen atom position in oxidized nanometer zinc were investigated by X -ray diffraction (XRD), high -resolution electron microscopy ( HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDX. Furthermore, the variation of oxygen content with time in the oxidized nanometer zinc and as - received nanometer zinc was also stud- ied. The results showed that the effective size of oxidized nanometer zinc was about 100nm, and oxidation process was conducted on the surface. On the other hand, the oxygen content in oxidized nanometer zinc reduced by comparing with that laying in the air at the same time.
