论述了最密切联系原则对传统冲突法法律选择方法产生的深刻影响,同时指出最密切联系原则也有其局限性。
The paper discuses that the most significant relation principle has a profound impact on the traditional norms of conflicts. But the most significant relation principle also has its limitations.
