摘要
随着我国高等职业教育办学规模不断的扩大,人才培养模式和课程体系都在不断创新,因此,高职院校师资队伍建设是提高教育教学质量的重要保证。本文对高职院校师资队伍现状进行了分析并提出了相应的建议。
With the increasing scale of our higher vocational institutions, the pattern of fostering talents and curriculum systems need to be innovated accordingly. Therefore the construction of qualified teachers is an important guarantee of teaching quality. This paper analyzed the present situation of qualified teachers in higher vocational institutions and put forward some related suggestions.
