摘要
分析了数控电火花成型加工中常出现的一些表面质量和加工精度问题,经过大量的实验论证和数据分析,提出了在成型加工过程中影响加工质量的具体原因,并从电极的结构设计、加工工艺、放电参数、工作液循环方式等多方面提出了相应的措施以保证加工质量。
Some of the surface quality and machining accuracy problems appearing in the process of numerical control electric spark formation are analyzed. After a large number of experimental verification and data analysis, the specific reasons which affect the processing quality are put forward. From the aspects of electrode structure design, processing technology, discharge parameters, the working fluid, the corresponding measures to ensure processing quality are suggested.
