摘要
介绍高速风洞攻角机构自动控制系统改造的设计方案、工作原理及研制经验。该控制系统采用步进电机控制卡PCL839+、步进电机及减速器作驱动动力,实现计算机对攻角机构的自动控制,获得了较高的控制精度,系统性能稳定。
This paper introduces the scheme, working principle, developing experience and achievements of rebuilding an attack-angle controlling system for high speed wind tunnel. The system adopts PCL839+, motion card for step motor, step motor and retarder, using computer to carry out automatic controlling for attack-angle mechanism, higher controlling accuracy has been obtained. The system works stably.
