青年是革命和建设的主力军,是国家的未来和民族的希望。作为我党的缔造者和杰出的领袖者,毛泽东一生都关心青年、爱护青年、教育青年,对青年人才的标准、青年人才的选拔和使用等方面进行了系统的思考,形成了完整的青年人才理论。
The youth is the main force of revolution and construction, country＇ s future and nation s hope. As the founder and remarkable leader of our party, Mao Zedong cared the youth, cherished the youth and instructed the youth in all his life. He systematically thought about questions as youth talent standard, how to choose and use youth talent etc, and formed intact youth talent theories.
