Summary about the Document of Service Encounter Abroad

摘要 采用统计分析法,对国外服务接触文献相关成果进行回顾总结。从顾客、员工、环境等研究角度对目前研究进行了探讨和剖析,并对未来服务接触的研究内容进行了展望。 By statistical analysis, the relevant achievements about the documents of service encounter abroard are reviewed and summarized. The present study is discussed from the angle of customers, staff and enviorment, and the study content about future service encounter is forecasted, hoping to provide suggestion for the study developing in this field.
