摘要
采用三维各向异性有限单元法分析了外载荷沿[110]方向作用时,镍基高温合金单晶的von Mises应力分布特征.von Mises应力的不对称性可以用来预测正错配或副错配合金的筏化形貌.同时运用原子扩散的原理详细地讨论了定向筏化原因.
A three-dimensional anisotropic finite element analysis is employed to analyze the features about von Mises stress distributions in Ni-based superalloy mono crystals when external loads are applied along the [ 110]-direction. The asymmetry of the yon Mises stress can be used to predict the coarsening morphology for alloys exhibiting a positive or negative misfit. The reason is discussed in detail by using the atom diffusion theory.
