摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了某车辆悬挂装置中的滚针轴承三维模型并对其进行静力学接触分析,得出了轴承承载过程中的应力和变形趋势,及接触应力的变化规律.并改进与轴承相接触的套筒的结构,设置减载槽,消除了在滚针两端出现的"边缘效应".
The three-dimensional finite element model of needle roller beating is established by ANSYS, the statics contact of the needle roller bearing is analyzed. The stress and deformation trends of the bearing during its loading are obtained. The structure of the sleeves contacted with bearing is improved, some grooves for reducing the loading are set up to eliminate the "marginal effect".
