摘要
采用有限元技术与金相观测实验方法对TP2铜管坯行星旋轧组织演变进行研究.给出旋轧动态再结晶和晶粒长大模型,在此基础上,进行有限元模拟分析.研究结果发现:铜管坯在三辊行星旋轧过程中发生了动态再结晶,并在轧辊的集中变形区汇合,当轧制完成后,再结晶晶粒已经基本均匀分布,只保留有少量的加工流线组织.
Finite element technique and metallographic observations are adopted to the micro- structure evolutions of the TP2 planetary rolling of copper tubes blank. The rolling model of the dynamic reerystallization and the grain growth are proposed. Based on them, simulation analysis is carried out. The result shows that the dynamic recrystallization will occur in the three-roll planetary rolling and be convergent in the deformation zone. After the completion of the rolling, the re-crystallization grains have been evenly distributed, only a small amount of processing streamline organization remains.
