常温环保型多功能磷化液的研制

Preparation of Environmental Friendly Multi-purpose Phosphating Solution at Room Temperature

以磷酸、氧化锌、金属M、钼酸铵为原料,通过加入复配表面活性剂DJ1和复配成膜助剂DJ2,制得常温多功能环保型磷化液.通过正交试验,确定了磷化液的配方.测试了磷化液及磷化膜的性能.结果表明:常温下该磷化液具有除油、除锈、磷化、钝化多功能.该磷化液稳定,形成的磷化膜具有优良的耐蚀性.

By adding complex surfactant DJ1 and complex promoter D J2, the environmental friendly multi-purpose phosphating solution at room temperature is produced by using phos- phoric acid, zinc oxide, metal M and ammonium molybdate. Through the orthogonal test, the formula of phosphating solution is decided. The performance of phosphating solution and phosphating film is tested. The result shows that the phosphating solution has many functions such as degreasing, derusting, the phosphating, and passivating at room temperature, the phosphating film has good appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.
