推荐一种检验车灯接触片(弹性零件)二维轮廓的方法,并将本方法与一般投影测量方法进行分析与比较.测量装置以面阵CCD为传感器,将标准模板与接触片同时成象于CCD上,通过视频信号显示于监视器上进行比较。
In this article. a method is described that is used to measure the two dimen-sional outline of the coptacting piece of the automobile lamp, and compared to the method ofprojection. In the installation, the sensor is CCD. The image of the contacting piece and thetemplate is transformed into the video signal by CCD and show on the monitor for compari-son.
