摘要
回转台工作过程中的局部受力变化过大是其损坏的主要原因.根据EBZ-160型掘进机工作机构受力情况推导出回转台的受力计算公式,分析出回转台工作时的4种危险工况,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行应力分析,得出回转台工作时的最危险工况及最大应力值,并找出危险截面,从而为回转台的优化设计提供理论依据.
The vibration of local loadings will result in rotary table destruction. In this regard, the mechanical expressions are first deduced based on the EBZ-160 Excavator mechanism. Amongst them, four extreme working conditions are then detected. Next, the stress analysis is conducted via the ANSYSTM finite element analysis software. Subsequently, the toughest working condition, together with the maximal stress value, is obtained to detect the dangerous section. Consequently, this approach establishes a theoretical basis on rotary table optimal design.
